Acceptance
By accessing Golden Sun Distribution (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. The Service is a private workspace operated by Golden Sun and is made available only to the owner and authorised members of the studio.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be shared with people outside the studio.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and for the studio’s own operations.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other accounts.
- Do not upload content you do not own or have the rights to publish, and do not use the Service to violate the terms of any connected platform.
Connected platforms
The Service can publish media to third-party platforms you connect, such as YouTube. Those platforms have their own terms and policies, and your use of them remains subject to those terms. We act only on the actions you request, and we are not responsible for a platform’s decisions about your content, including removal, restriction or rights claims.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in the Service. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and publish that content on your behalf.
Availability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that scheduled publishing will always succeed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Sun is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or reach arising from use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and data.
